I wanted to love this because of the history and the information. However there were sooooo many people all let up within 5 minutes of each other I couldn’t read but 1/4 of the info because it was way too crowded and it was sooooo hot!!! I think if it wasn’t so crowded it would have been awesome!

Thank you for your feedback and business we use every critique to help improve our service, so we greatly appreciate your review. Unfortunately, if you are referring to the Museum portion of your tour, that has absolutely nothing to do with our company. We simply purchase the tickets, which are never guaranteed since they have a capacity limit. Also, as stated on our website the museum is SELF-GUIDED, we are only in charge of the 2 hour guided portion and to take you to the museum afterwards, with purchased tickets. Therefore, the 6th Floor Museum, is ran entirely by the city of Dallas, so we apologize for the over capacity and heat, problems that are out of our hands. Our #1 priority is to make our guest comfortable and as happy as possible, none the less we apologize for the experience and again we appreciate your business.

Hi, today my wife and I did this tour and it was fantastic. The tour itself was interesti ng, however the cherry on the top was our guide Danny. With the positive energy he presented the one of the saddest events in Americas history was really great. We even share some information about famous Slovenians in Dallas and Američan. My daughter and I had less than a week to spend in the Dallas area. We had never been there before. So we took the all-day tour of Dallas-Fort Worth on Saturday and then the next day, Sunday, we took the JFK tour. We had the same tour guide both days, Johnny. He was absolutely great. Both tours were fun, informative, and interesting. The tours were well worth the price in my view.
