Horrible communication! Our tour was set for 10/24. Due to the weather that day I reached out to know if the tour was still taking place. I have yet to hear back from the tour tour guy. I was about to chat with another’s person who told us that the tour operator did not show the tour was canceled. So we still went to the pick up spot in the rain! But was not able to see anyone. So my friends and I left. Wast of our time. I then got an email that say that my message was sent and I would get a follow up 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. Did not even get a refund.

My fiancee and I did the haunted pub crawl with Michaela and it was legit. I'm a San Francisco native, a religious historian and scholar and I am telling you, I learned very cool, new things about my own city, the bars and buildings in it, as well as about the particular ghost sightings. Even when telling stories that are famous among locals (e.g., the Condor or the Church of Satan), she had new, interesting information. If you're concerned about the bars, they were very cool, fun, good cocktails and all that. I am an Airbnb host and I am definitely recommending it to guests and friends from out of town.

Great ghost tour. Tons of San Francisco history and eerie stories of hauntings throughout the years in some very picturesque locales in Downtown and Nob Hill. Our guide Michaela was very knowledgeable and made it an entertaining experience with her great storytelling and witty humor. This tour is perfect for people visiting San Francisco for the first time as well as locals who want to learn more about their city and its history. At the end of the tour, Michaela mentioned that she is about to host a new HAUNTED PUB CRAWL through the same tour company and even pointed us in the direction of a few cocktail bars that are part of it. As a big fan of SPIRITS I cannot wait to go on this new tour! Definitely recommend.
