Your highly experienced pilots possess the skills and knowledge to take advantage of the unique airstrip location just outside the road entrance into Denali NP. 99% of the flight is within Denali National Park, giving you a comprehensive tour of its wild and majestic beauty. Fly among jagged mountaintops and over tumbling glaciers on a stunning 200-mile flight to get within ½ mile and circle Denali to see every spectacular corner (weather permitting).

Special Note(s): This tour is headset equipped, fully narrated and all seats are window seats on twin engine aircraft. Precise flight routes are dictated by current weather conditions. Anticipated flight routes will be discussed with passengers during a pre-flight briefing. Flight time is 60 - 70 minutes.

Denali (Mt. McKinley) is 80 miles away from our airstrip. Weather conditions at the Mountain will often be different from those in our area. Please feel free to call for the current pilot’s reports but know that we do not make decisions based on weather until about an hour before flight time. We will always send a driver to pick-up locations with the most up-to date information at the allotted pick-up times. Exact route and specific sights are weather dependent but due to our airstrip's unique location, we are able to access either side of the Alaska Range when others cannot. We have the highest success rate of showing Denali to our guests of any tour option, anywhere.

We had the most amazing experience sightseeing and flying to and around the wonderful Mt Denali! Bob is an outstanding pilot, and adds to the experience with knowledge and personality! I would recommend this company to everyone who is looking for the air experience of this beautiful park!

Must do event!! It was absolutely breathtaking. So worth doing. I know it’s expensive but this is one trip you will be glad you splurged. The flight was about an hour long. You fly probably a half a mile from Denali. The scenery is beautiful. Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Definitely one to check off the bucket list.

This was very interesting but I’m torn on whether it was worth it (and we book expensive tours all the time- ha!) It’s such a gamble on whether the weather will cooperate and you can’t tell from the ground. Our views were decent but not great. We spent about 15 minutes of the 75 minute ride in a complete white out and only saw Denali through a skinny layer of clouds. It was still magnificent but pricey for a family of four (kids are 7 and 10). Im sure if you get a clear day, you feel much differently. I did not pay for the glacier landing since we were hiking the Matanuska glacier and for some reason, I thought it would check that box. I regret not booking the glacier landing though. We felt safe and the audio tour is very good. They definitely need to upgrade their headphones- we all had headaches afterwards (compared to a much longer flight we did to Lake Clark with Bose headphones and had no issues).
