I had initially given a low rating, BUT because of Grayson (Mgr.) I'm changing my review to a 5 (I would give it a higher rating if I could). Customer Service is something that is extremely important to me. I work hard for my money so I want those who are getting it to appreciate my business and After Dark Investigations does. It's rare to find a business anymore that actually cares what you're experience with them was, you're just another number and a few dollars less than before if they lose you as a customer. Grayson reached out almost immediately and wanted to do whatever he could to make it right and because of the cost, I truly appreciated the fact that he did. My husband and I were set up with investigator Clifton, can't say enough about him, he made it an awesome experience. Very patient, knowledgeable, respectful and really cares how he goes about his investigations. If you want to enjoy and learn from your experience, request Clifton as your investigator. Grayson, thank you for caring about your customers and for choosing Clifton for us. You were right, he was a perfect match for us and he made it an Awesome experience!!! Clifton, I really can't say thank you enough, you're amazing! Thank you for taking your time to teach us, for the history behind everything and for making sure we had a great experience. Customer service is the number one priority because if we don't have the respect from the people who trust us with their vacation time and money, we would not still be here after 12 years. We had a great time during this investigation. I like that it is outside the normal realm of investigations that you get inside of town. Chey was a fantastic guide. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the locations and truly added to the experience. I am sure at some point in the future I will be back.

Clinton was amazing. He knew alot of history of Gettysburg but didn't disclose certain information so we can hopefully get that information on our own . He let us lead the investigation and stepped in when needed. We got some amazing evidence, photos of orbs, a full body apparition, evps, quick response validation and even our car lights turned on by themselves. Will definitely want to do this again
