Overall the experience was not bad and the guide was knowledgeable. Good tour if you have very lillte time to spend in Miami. The person that picked us was in a rush and did not explain that we will have to meet another group in a different bus somewhere else. Long queues to get onto and off the bus.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you had only an average experience. However, you did not take a tour with our company. Our tours are done in a Luxury Van; with only 11 passengers. You would not have experienced "Long queues to get onto and off the bus". Also, customers are not picked up only to "meet another group in a different bus somewhere else." Customers are picked up by the Luxury Van they take the tour in. We hope the next time you come to Miami you take a tour with our company. We loved Winwood graffiti, really loved Little Havana and Bayside Harbor!! Our tour guide Angel was excellent.

We did this tour the week before all pandemonium broke loose for the CoVID 19. We started the tour at the Bayside Market. The luxury bus, driver and guide were all wonderful! We went to Ocean Drive in South Beach, which was a walking part. What a beautiful place! Our guide was very informative. This was followed by the Wynwood Arts District- a very bohemian, artsy, enclave. Lovely place! We ended with an hour and half in Little Havana. We had lunch at Ball and Chain (on our own) A wonderful 1930's night club with live jazz music. We had Ropa Viejas. Delicious! Then we just strolled and browsed a cigar factory, purchased a traditional guayabera for my husband and had some strong cuban coffee. My recommendations- Browse the Bayside Market, when you return. It's a lovely place to stroll, eat an ice cream and listen to live music. Casa Causarina, the villa of Versace, is now a restaurant and boutique hotel. On the suggeston of our guide, we had dinner at Gianni's one night. Absolutely opulent and a night to remember. Great job on a tour well done!
