We heard nothing. We were seated 3 rows back from the front and heard nothing. Our driver spoke in a monotone - not excited about showing off Nashville at all. When asked to speak up or to increase the volume ...he said NO. I was in a group of 6 and none of us could hear the details about Nashville.
This was a great way to spend our afternoon! Our guide Kim was awesome! She knew so much about the city and shared so many stories and information. I would highly recommend this - especially if it is your first trip to Nashville or are not sure what to do. She showed us the entire area and told us about many places that would be good to visit. The stops at the Ryman and Hall of Fame are fairly short, but we still had plenty of time to see everything. You could easily spend much more time in each location on your own, but as long as you are prepared to be on a schedule - it was fine. We left the tour feeling much more familiar with the city and locations of things to do.
I took this tour in April and it was wonderful, so I booked it again for me, my son and grandson. This time it was not good. The driver seemed as if he was in a hurry to get the tour done, so he could beat the rush hour traffic. The tour included a tour of the Ryman and we had all of 3 minutes to tour. When we advised the driver we did not have enough time, he could have cared less. He would not even drive down the main drive in Nashville where the history is. I felt cheated and would never recommend this tour anymore.
