I didn't exactly know what to expect but it was great. Ryan knows his stuff and it was fun to be guided and explore the Subway a little with him. I felt like he could do an 8-how tour easily with his knowledge level. It's great to be with passionate people and Rayn certainly is that. My only regret is not taking him up on his paper subway system map.

We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Rayn was extremely knowledgeable and funny. There’s so much in plain sight that New Yorkers miss every day. Multiple times, commuters leaned in to learn more about their surroundings and even asked questions themselves. This tour was the one we were most excited about, and it delivered. It’s not just for visitors—every New Yorker could learn more about their subways and their interesting and sometimes colorful past.

Rayn gave our class a great tour of the subway. We learned about the history of the system and I have fun facts to tell my friends all summer long. Drip pans! I appreciated all the effort Rayn put in to compile binders of historical information and visuals and the inside perspective he gave as a former employee. I highly recommend taking this tour!
