Noah was great! He made the experience fun and informative. He was funny and approachable and also professional. His passion for the water and wildlife was contagious. We all had a blast. It was a beautiful day.

Terrible experience. Noah was good but the experience was ruined because of one traveler who panicked and the whole tour had to be cancelled because of one person. I requested for a refund on Noas advice but havent heard back from ThreeBrothersAdventure company.

We were called the day before the trip and asked if we wanted to buy waterproof pouches for our phones from them. We paid for 2 over the phone and were told they would be waiting for us. The next day we were told there weren't any left because they sold them to people on an earlier trip. I was handed a broken dirty one. We were told not to worry that he...Noah...would take plenty of pics and send them to us and would refund the cost of the pouches. The trip started 40 minutes late. Noah did appear to take pics of us during the trip. Afterwards, we did not receive any pics on either text, email, or WhatsApp on either of our phones. We reached out to Noah who just kinda jerked us around and then stopped responding. Never got the refund. Complained to GYG and they received no response either. Good luck, bring your own phone pouch 😒
