I wasn't expecting to be swimming with any wild animal, but the experience was still not so great compared to the price. I still wanted to try and didn't expect much, and my conclusion is that I will not do it again or recommend it to others.
There was a dance performance by the staff but nothing else that you can call Hawaiian Cultural Experience. Only small packs of snacks and protein bars were served.
They charged an extra $10 per wet suit on the bus to the harbor, and they hadn't delivered it until after we asked for it and were about to get into the water with the life vest on, so we had to take it off and put the wet suit on. They gave the suits out like first-come-first-serve, including people who didn't pay for it and then we didn't get the sizes we ordered. I reached out to the tour operator but they said those people were charged through phone after the tour, which is total BS to me because they should have it done on the bus back. Some of the staff were very nice, some were not and it gave us a not good experience.
Honestly. Laying down free on the beach is probably more fun.

Aloha! We apologize for the confusion regarding the wetsuit rentals. Please note that wetsuits are bookable as an add-on either on our online booking system or via phone, but we do extend availability for those who may not have opted for them in case our guests change their minds while en route to the tour. We take stock of wetsuits with some extra available for those who weren't able to purchase them prior.
Please be assured that all of our staff are trained and informed on Hawaiian culture and we strive to share Hawaii's pearls of wisdom with our guests, along with an experience with nature.
Mahalo!
