Scenic Helicopter Tours

Our Lake View flight will extend you past the French Broad River and take you out to Douglas Lake. Douglas Lake is a 33,000 acre man-made lake with over 450 miles of shoreline. This flight will get you up to 1500 feet in altitude, allowing you to get a superb view of the Great Smoky Mountains towards the South. Along the route you will see areas of farmland and quilt-like patterns of pastures. As you get closer to Douglas Lake you will fly next to Douglas Dam. On most days you are able to see the Plateau off to the Northwest that divides Tennessee and Kentucky. Includes River Ride points of interest you may see along the way: English Mountain, Boat / Jet Ski Rental Areas, Fishing / Camping and Kyker Korn Maze which is (seasonal).

It was the first time I had ever been off the ground and in the air. It was an amazing experience. I am so ready to a longer ride. Phil-pilot Jay-boarding attendant both was amazing at their job

Best vacation experience I have had to date. I took my children for their birthdays, I was a bit nervous about my 14-year-old daughter with autism… (her reactions and safety) But it was great! Her dreams came true, literally. Jay was super attentive to her safety and even offerd headphones for her sensory issues. Drake was personable making us all relaxed and excited for the trip, responded to kids questions and comments. My son, interested in being a pilot sat front seat and talked helicopters with Pilot Drake (and continued to talk helicopters all week). Fun Times! This was affordable and easy to book. They were on time with the flight schedules, so no long lines. This was so easy to fit in to our vacation schedule. I recommend families with small children, disabled persons, the elderly, ANYONE! We will be back for the national parks tour!

Extremely smooth ride and awesome views of the lake, great staff members. The pilot was informative. I went there on my trip to the Smokies last weekend and it was an amazing experience. Would very highly recommend to go again.
