Scenic Helicopter Tours

Our Lake View flight will extend you past the French Broad River and take you out to Douglas Lake. Douglas Lake is a 33,000 acre man-made lake with over 450 miles of shoreline. This flight will get you up to 1500 feet in altitude, allowing you to get a superb view of the Great Smoky Mountains towards the South. Along the route you will see areas of farmland and quilt-like patterns of pastures. As you get closer to Douglas Lake you will fly next to Douglas Dam. On most days you are able to see the Plateau off to the Northwest that divides Tennessee and Kentucky. Includes River Ride points of interest you may see along the way: English Mountain, Boat / Jet Ski Rental Areas, Fishing / Camping and Kyker Korn Maze which is (seasonal).

15 yo niece had a great time. Did the short $39 flight. It was $5 extra for the headset and you can buy pictures after that were a bit expensive. Also bought her a hoodie for $30 that was a bit pricey. The wait was quick and she went up with 2 other people. No age limits but they weigh you beforehand for safety. The colder the weather the lighter the load needs to be. I thought the price was high for how quick the flight was. She had a great time though

This was my wife and daughters first time in the air and they loved it ! Staff was very friendly and pilot was very skilled informative and kind. trip was quick but an experience my family and myself will remember for the rest of our lives.

Our tour was wonderfully started with a rundown from Justin, who gave us starting information regarding our helicopter and flight. Our amazing and knowledgable pilot, John, showed us a great aerial view of the lake. It was quicker than anticipated, but still amazing! John gave us great information about the area, as well as the helicopter itself. After the flight, we received amazing photos from Isaac the photographer! Thank you so much for great service, information, and an overall experience!
