Our Original Ghost Walk takes travelers through the historic downtown Mystic landscape, guests will become immersed in the dark, sordid and supernatural history of New England’s famous seafaring village. From 17th century strife of colonial life amidst the Pequot Wars and the King Phillip’s war to mysterious turn of the century murders, Mystic’s history was founded in darkness. As the centuries grew, lost seafarers, creepy cryptids, and scandalous happenings took place in our quaint seaside community.

Hear tales of Revolutionary heroes, industrial revolution hot spots, and Union soldiers of the Civil War still seen in their spectral form all on our Downtown Mystic tour. Our Downtown Mystic tour takes guests from the 17th through 20th centuries in old Mystic with true terrifying tales from our hidden archives and remarkable history amid legends and lore. From curses to paranormal activity, there’s no shortage of the supernatural in downtown Mystic.

The tour was very informative even for long-time residents. I did have a booking issue the Biator would not resolve and blamed Seaside Shadows. When I spoke with the tour operator, Seaside Shadows, they provided me with personal friendly service and resolved my issue. I would highly recommend Seaside Shadows. I appreciate their personal approach and the importance they give to customer satisfaction. Thank you Seaside Shadows.

We had an awesome time on our ghost tour with Jason! He was very engaging and the stories were thorough. We do a ghost tour whenever we travel and this was one of the best. Definitely recommend!

A.J. and Kim were absolutely top notch. K wrangled our extra large group (the largest ever, she said (!)) and divided us up in an easy, efficient way. We had A.J. For the night, who was fantastic—he kept the energy up, the gang engaged, cracked jokes and made the time fly. I can’t believe we were in the cold for two hours! And: for my little group, we couldn’t believe how much of the stories we remembered the next day. Just a really fun, impressively run tour. Keep it up. Thanks again!
