This was my first trip to Santa Barbara and I was in town for wedding with my extended family. We found the tour online, it was easy to book and also to add participants to our tour. We ended with a near private tour as 10 out of the 12 guests were family members. Our guide was so friendly and had a great rapport with both the restaurants and the guests. She made it very easy to have a fun afternoon. I felt like I saw much of the downtown area of Santa Barbara and learned a little bit too. The only recommendation that I have would be to be place the pizzeria earlier in the tour. I was getting pretty full by the time we hit the awarding winning pizzeria but I understand that the location of the restaurants plays a big factor in their order. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Santa Barbara.

I went on the food tour yesterday with three friends (two locals and two out of towners) and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely. Kendall was our guide and was knowledgeable about Santa Barbara history, the backstories of the food and wine vendors, and Santa Barbara food generally. We had more than enough food and drink (two four-taste wine tastings and a beer) with plenty of variety, good spacing, and a nice pace. While I am not a huge eater, it is very hard to imagine anyone being the least bit hungry after this tour (as one reviewer noted.) I highly recommend this delicious way to spend an afternoon.

Really fun way to get to know SB if you are visiting or if you're local. I'm a native and I've done the tour twice and will definitely be going again. I've learned new things about my hometown and got to try some new places that I'll be going back to. I did the baby wearing tour and was impressed by how well organized the afternoon was; everything was ready at each stop when we arrived and there was plenty of access to restrooms and diaper changing areas. There was plenty of variety with the food and beverage selections covering all the bases of appetizers, entrees, desserts, beer, and wine.
