We really enjoyed the walking / eating / drinking tour with Erin and assistance from Cara. Erin is extremely knowledgeable and professional and enjoys what she does. Each stop on the tour was perfect - well thought out, local favorites! It was great to learn some of the local history of Santa Barbara along the way - and what a wonderful way to do it with food, beer & wine. Our favorite stops were Rudy's Mexican Restaurant, The Brewhouse, C'est Cheese & McConnell's Ice Cream. We very much appreciated all the additional information they provided about other things to do in Santa Barbara and surrounding areas too. Many thanks from "Thelma & Louise" from HI & NY.

Erin was our guide and I recommend this tour highly......we love to take walking tours that mix local history with a cross section of local food specialties, and we were not disappointed. The foods were excellent, and the portions were generous. For me, the standout was the lobster bisque, which was to die for, but all the dishes we tried were special in their own way. My 11 year old daughter was with us, and I appreciated that Erin involved her in our conversations and considered her opinions. My one complaint...if you can even call it that.....was that the wine tasting was a bit incongruous. I felt that the foods we tasted were truly exceptional, but the wines were not. They weren't horrible, but they weren't special either. I do appreciate that the location has historical significance for the tour, but with so many small boutique wineries in the area, I expected to taste something.....more. Regardless, the tour was well worth it, and I'd recommend it highly to anyone with an afternoon to spare.

My husband and I had such a great time with Erin. The food was great and the historical explanation of Santa Barbara was definitely worth the price of the tour. I highly recommend this tour to visitors and locals alike.
