We had friends visiting and we wanted them to see West Palm Beach. This looked like fun and it really and truly was. The downtown tour which we participated in makes 6 quality tasting stops. I'm personally familiar with and a regular fan of 2 of them, 1(admittedly) I forgot about, 1 I'd been meaning to try and 2 places new to me that I will definitely be returning to. In a number of instances we had the opportunity to meet with local owners/chefs and hear about what makes the WPB food scene happen. In between stops our extremely personable guide, Crystal, offered tips on visiting the area, some local lore, a little bit of history and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. You get a surprising amount of food and we felt it was a good value. We selected the adult beverage option and truly enjoyed the hand crafted cocktails - which we never would have tried had we not taken the tour. So.... Basically, we had a ball.

The Tour guide (Lauren) was very friendly and did a very great job making us feel as if we were touring with our close friends. The restaurants they picked served us really delicious food. In addition to the food (which was the main reason for our tour), Lauren gave us a nice history of city of West Palm Beach and its attractions.

We just finished out tour, with guide Lauren, and had a wonderful time. The first stop was Johan’s Joe (a Swedish coffee shop) and the coffee was so good we went back at the end of the tour. I have a severe food allergy and each stop made sure that I received the same wonderful food with no dairy. I must say that we did not have a “ehhh” taste testing at any of the stops. Hullabaloo - quirky and wonderful ... must try meatballs Pizza Girls - thin perfect New York pizza Pistache - who knew vegetables could be SO yummy?!?! Ganache Bakery - key lime pie perfection The Blind Monk - a heavenly Tapas Wine bar Come on this tour with a joyful heart, love of food and an interest in the evolution of West Palm Beach.
