Disappointed! Canceled via email with no call/text just two hours before. One-hour drive! Unprofessional!

Hi Alexis, Our sincere apologies for your cancellation. We have a minimum # in order to offer this experience and send a message out if it is cancelled up to 2 hours prior. We give alternate plan options because we know sometimes our guests are celebrating an occasion. We've removed this option from Viator to allow us more time to work on a better way to offer this experience without minimums.
