The stage is set in a hidden venue. Five professional actors meet as members of The Drunk Shakespeare Society. One of them has 5 shots of whiskey and then attempts to perform a major role in a Shakespearean play. Hilarity and mayhem ensue while the four sober actors try and keep the script on track. Every show is different depending on who is drinking... and what they're drinking!

Craft cocktails and food are served throughout the show. Running time is 90 minutes with no intermission. Drunk Shakespeare is on a limited run so get your tickets today! Entry is strictly 21+

No one should ever miss such a hilarious theater experience in NYC! It was overcrowded however we had a life-changing experience. All of the actors were incredible and make the audience feel like they're part of the show. They even welcomed us with free shots at the entrance. We got our online tickets from Broadwaypass.com. They have the best priced tickets and value seats on the market.

Found The Drunk Shakespear Society by accident when looking for small-scale productions to go see on our one night off in NY. In hindsight, we couldn't have made a better choice. Top quality actors, a small and intimate venue, a Shakespeare play, and alcohol makes one perfect cocktail, full of entertainment, laughter and interesting surprises. This is semi-improv at its best and an absolute must-see for any theater lover. Loved it!

The actors and the show is very funny. The place is really cool and small so you can enjoy the show from any place. The entrance is a little difficult to find, so just look for a small entrance paint in red that say theater and take the elevator.
