We had a confirmed tour 7/26/24 at 2:00 PM through Trip Advisor and they never showed up. We were to meet in front of Freedom House Museum which we did. I called twice and left a message once. The people inside the museum saw us waiting and apologized for them not showing although they didn’t have anything to do with it. I requested a refund which hopefully I will get in full seeing how the tour never occurred or I will file a complaint with the BBB. This was very disappointing and unprofessional.

This was the best [of many] walking tour I have been on. It was accurate and respectful, well paced and good leader. I learned a lot and enjoyed the other participants as well.
