Amazing experience! We had a group of ten and did the all day rental. We had bikers of all ages and skill level. The ebikes are easy to ride and the view is breathtaking! We packed a lunch and stopped under a shade tree and ate, spent time at the hot springs and then rode back. We of our bikers got a flat and Jay was there very quickly with a new bike. I highly recommend this fun trip, make a day of it. Please go support this local business. Jay, you are the best!

My family had a blast on the Bike and Soak tour led by Jay. We were worried the tour would be canceled due to the flooding near Gardiner, Montana, but Big Sky E bikes is open and able to do this tour. The scenery along the bike portion is absolutely beautiful and Jay is knowledgeable about the geography and biology of the area. We ended the tour with a soak at Yellowstone Hot Springs. This was a perfect way to spend the day!

As many people know, the community in and around Yellowstone National Park has suffered from physical and economic damage due to the rains and subsequent floods. With that in mind, we were unsure of booking a tour but reaching out to Jay at Big Sky e-bike tours was well worth the inquiry. Jay said the community is in need of our economic support and to please come on down from Bozeman to Gardiner and take a spin on their Bike and Soak tour. It was our first time on ebikes and we loved the way you could choose how easily or hard you wanted to pedal…making the tour as easy or difficult as we wanted to make it. (It wasn’t difficult). Jay had us wearing ear prices so we could hear the commentary on the history and natural surroundings. This was a wonderful feature as it can be difficult to hear a lead speak when you are the last biker. We saw prong horn antelope, eagles, ospreys, a lone mountain goat, elk and some domestic Bison. A nice lunch sitting by a small lake was a time to learn more of the area and then a short ride to a local hot springs was just the right way to end our 5+ hour trip. And it never felt long at all. The hot spring’s had several choices of warm, hot and a cold plunge with a added feature of a stone walking path on warm water to massage weary feet. We would definitely do this again and please support the community as they need our economic support.
