Frankie was such a wonderful guide! So animated, funny, passionate about the subject matter and super friendly. The tour itself was a great experience for both the believer and the skeptic. The ghost stories were cool and the history of the area was great to hear. Perfect start to an NYC weekend and a perfect intro to the area.

I have done many ghost tours and usually love them . Unfortunately this one simply fell short. The guide was enthusiastic but it was not spooky or scary. It involved walking around crowded streets and looking at fronts of some buildings. You did not go inside anyplace or really see much. I am surprised the reviews were so good.
