What a terrific way to spend a couple hours! We were greeted at the Eco Tour booth in Moss Landing by Cindy and Marina, our guides. Their commentary and commanding the boat made for a great learning experience. The boat is electric and specially built for the slough. The quiet motor and great viewing opportunities allowed us to see all around the boat easily. It seemed all the marine animals and birds were enjoying the day as much as we were! We saw sea lions, numerous otters with their young, and many kinds of birds throughout the journey. It was wonderful to see them in their natural habitat, feeding, swimming, and entertaining themselves. The tour each season could be a very different experience. We look forward to going back.

This tour exceeded my expectations. The guide was very knowledgeable. The slough is home to so many birds, otters and harbor seals. Very enjoyable tour. It helped that the weather was beautiful that day too.
