We booked with Darnell at Reliable Transportation & Tours for a trip to Tupelo from Memphis in March 2025. I was travelling with my 84 year old mum from England. He was extremely communicative up until the day of travel and made it easy for us. As it happened, there was an extreme weather situation on the day of travel so we had to cancel the trip. Darnell led that process and gave good advice in the interests of safety. He also immediately arranged the refund, no hassle. We replaced the Tupelo trip with a local Memphis tour arranged by Darnell including Sun Studios. I have to say Darnell is a true gentleman, polite with a wonderful personality and great knowledge. His vehicle was luxurious and comfortable, plus my mum really liked him! I would highly recommend him and his company. Thanks mate!

Darnell made this experience, he is fun, had a great sense of humor. It was poor weather but he still got us there and back safe and sound. I would say if you wanted to see the birthplace of Elvis, this is the tour to go on. The only thing that we regret is going on a Sunday, the store he bought his first guitar and the Cafe he spent time in and had his own booth were both closed. Not sure if it was because it was Sunday or because of the weather. Darnell, you were a great guide!!! Lots of energy!

We got picked up at our hotel and our driver was super friendly and knowledgeable and gave us places to eat nearby. Great experience.
