Weight limits apply: Maximum per-passenger weight is 250lbs. Maximum weight of all passengers combined must not exceed 500lbs.

Passenger weights must be accurately provided at time of booking. Groups reaching a combined weight of 500 lbs will be subject to a weight check upon arrival for their flight. Any individual weighing 300 lbs or more will not be permitted to fly per the limitations of the aircraft. Any cancellation of a planned flight due to weights exceeding the maximum allowable aircraft weight (individual or combined) will be charged at full price.

Showcasing beautiful Fallen Leaf lake, Cascade Lake, Taylor Creek, and Pope Beach, this tour heads to breathtaking Emerald Bay. Surrounded by granite cathedrals and fed by Eagle falls, the lake's only true bay is named for its emerald green waters.

Head to the Lake Tahoe Airport where parking is free in the upper lot. Enter the terminal building to find our office on the left inside the main lobby. After meeting your pilot, take part in a short safety briefing prior to heading out to the ramp to board your aircraft.

My daughter and I decided to go for it and take an hour tour at sunset with the Tahoe helicopters. We felt 100% safe with our pilot Jacobi. He did a great job of being a tour and history guide while navigating the copter to get us the best pictures. A once in a lifetime chance! I’d go again in a heartbeat!

We had a great time flying around in the helicopter. The views are amazing, would highly recommend flying with Tahoe Helicopters. This business is very friendly and made us feel very safe.

If you've never flown in a helicopter but always wanted to, the Emerald Bay tour with Tahoe Helicopter Tours is a great way to start. It's a short 10-15 minute flight, but it's inexpensive and a lot of fun. My friend's two kids went first because we had four people and had to split up into two flights. I had never seen them smile so much. Then it was our turn and it was a lot of fun for us too. Special shout out to our pilot Jacobi and co-pilot Josh. They honestly had as much fun as we did. They did a great job of flying and letting us know info about the lake. I highly recommend this attraction if you're going to spend some time in the area.
