It was a wonderful time in the museum. The escape room part was fun and interesting. Learned quite a bit about turquoise I never knew. Wonderful people running the museum. Would definitely recommend!!!

I will keep this simple even though I have a lot more to write. We showed up exactly at the start time. From the moment we walked up, we were treated with disrespect and talked down to. Did I take a picture? Yep. Did I deserve to be put into the category of people who will ruin antiques and disrespect property? Absolutely not… I have traveled across the world and have enjoyed myself and encountered wonderful people from all over. The people who own this place seem arrogant and unappreciative of customers choosing to spend their time and money at their establishment. When you own something and make the decision to let the public into your property, there’s a level of customer service skills that you should have. These are lacking here. I didn’t even participate in the escape room that I paid for because I was too upset with the conversations I had upon arrival. I was denied the opportunity to leave and receive a refund which would’ve been the better decision. I did not want to support their business. Instead, my afternoon started out great and was subsequently taken down a few notches having made the poor decision to come here. On a positive note, the building is beautiful. It’s why we booked last minute and decided to go. The owner did say he apologized for the earlier controversy, but that was as we were leaving so there was nothing that could change the fact that I had a very unenjoyable time.

What a fun way to visit a museum! This family has done a great job arranging this museum for people to learn about turquoise! The escape room is fun and a learning experience!
