The time is messed up. Clearly Tahoe says it’s 8:30p. The ticket from Viator/Tripadvisor shows 6:30p. When I showed up at 6:30p, the office was closed. Called the contact number but no one answered. About 7:30p, the local tour guide texted me about the appointment at 8:30p. That’s how we found out the problem. Fortunately, the full refund is promised. But no one is covering the related Uber fees for that day. One more thing is the ticket was charged at booking time, which is 5 months ago.

Had an amazing time! Went on the 6pm tour. Was able to see the sunset and still experience some night time after. Saw some wildlife was such a fun activity would definitely do again.

Had a great time with Gio as our guide! Calm beautiful night and very cool LED boats. Felt safe and comfortable, Gio was very funny and entertaining and had waters and snacks for us and blankets and gloves if we needed them (we didn’t). The boats are very cool looking and you can change colors with a remote. Unique photos too and got to see a very clear night sky! Thanks Clearly Tahoe!
