If you want to get a good taste of the Everglades I would highly recommend this tour. The advertised price is $165 but there are plenty of $20 off coupons. They pick you up at your hotel, then take you on an airboat ride, then drive to Big Cypress National Preserve to see alligators up close in their natural surroundings, an easy, flat walk thorough cypress forest (saw plenty of snakes including the dreaded Burmese python, southern lunch and boat ride through Thousand Islands. An all day adventure.

The day was wonderful. Especially enjoyed the air boat ride. Ben was our tour guide. Such a wealth of knowledge and so anxious to share it. Well worth it.

We had family visiting from out of state who wanted to visit the Everglades. Although we feared it might be too long of a day, the time flew by! Our tour guide, Ben was extremely well-versed and educated in the environment. His passion was evident and coupled with his personality, he made it a most relaxing but informational day. Highly recommended...ask for Ben!
