What fun!! Educational, too!! Captain Dan was a great guide...quite knowledgeable. For the 1st time exploring the Everglades, it was ni e to learn that it was much more than alligators, airboats and mosquitoes. Captain Dan was professional and had a great sense of humor, too!!

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He spent time listening to us and then trying to show us what we wanted to get out of that trip. Thank you very much. Just make sure you find out the best season to go to see what you want to see. I recommend this tour.

Perhaps a slightly strange review, as I didn't actually manage to partake in the tour. We recently booked a boat tour with Everglades Area Tours. Unfortunately, during my journey there, and especially upon arrival, I became unwell. It turns out I had been bitten earlier, and I ended up getting treatment in an urgent care centre. Upon arrival for our tour, we let them know I was not feeling well, and probably couldn't go on the tour. Despite having waited for us, and being the last tour of the day, they refunded the cost of the tour. We didn't ask, and fully expected to pay. They also assisted my partner with locating a medical facility. I can't fault the service. I hope to be back in the future to write a review of the tour itself.
