All of the reviews for this tour are very positive, so perhaps my wife and I just had an unusual experience. But we didn't find this tour to be that great. We had hoped that paying for the early-access tour would get us "behind-the-scenes" action - it did not. We were negotiating crowds just like anyone else. Strike 1. Our tour guide Mark was a very passionate guy, but honestly his schtick was too over-the-top for me. (Perhaps having two kids on the tour made him feel as though he needed to do some pandering?) Strike 2. Lastly, I was disappointed with the food we got! I didn't eat breakfast in preparation for the tour, and that was a mistake. If anyone tells you that you'll be stuffed after taking this tour, they're either way too skinny or lying. Strike 3. The food itself, however, was delicious, but that honestly wasn't enough for me. Can't honestly recommend this tour to someone without them knowing the caveats.

Our early Access Tour tour of the Pike Place Market departs at 8am, 8:30am, and 9am. It is true that toward the end of these tours, in the peak season of July, the crowds in the market are beginning to build. However, each of these tours starts and ends before the crowds build to their peak around lunchtime. We encourage our Guide to bring all of their passion and enthusiasm for Seattle history and food to each tour that they lead. This tour includes 12+ bites and sips at some of the most iconic and well regarded eateries in the Market. We understand that everyone's appetites are different. We do know that 97% of our guests report being "full" or "very full" after this tour experience. We are disappointed that you did not love your tour experience. We hope to have the opportunity to make it right next time.

Awesome time.. would do this again.. and again.. The tour covered a lot of good info and some really good eats... LOVED the donuts...

We really enjoyed our savor Seattle tour. Katia was excellent. She was very animated and informative. Great guide. The tour was easy paced and very tasty. I tried foods I never had before and it was amazing.
