Honestly , great staff, grat experience, never felt rushed, these guys know there guns. I could rate better because of my booking experience. Essentially I went there with 10 people all ready to shoot, for a bachelor event. Months before I had reserved the experience and was told I had access to a VIP room and that I could arrive and start my experience as I had dinner plans after etc etc . I was promised all of this would happen by two seperate associates. The night eve we arrive, the place wasnt that crowded or seemed really busy, so we expected no issues. After signing in and paying, thats when it was clear this place runs on a first come first serve basis, regardless of any event planning. There was one or two small groups ( less than 5 people ) in front of us so we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited for an hour atleast!!! I dont know if the groups ahead of us bought a ton of guns or what but there was zero effort or communication from the associates to organize a solution or even discuss the situation. On site they have a great museum and guns to touch, but all that wore off real quick. We really wanted to shoot so we stayed and missed our dinner res. Advice to you......as soon as you sign up and pay or book your spot LEAVE AND COME BACK if you value your time.

Had an amazing time at Lock and Loaded Miami! It was my first time every firing a gun and they did a great job at making sure that I was comfortable and ready. It was also a very unique experience to fire long guns like a MP5 and a AK47! Would highly recommend going here!!

Professional, knowledgable staff. Organized and safe environment. Was impressed by the experience combing both learnings about the firearms and also shooting them.
