The views of the Strip, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and the Grand Canyon were amazing. Our pilot, "Mad Dog", was fantastic. Only complaint had to do with the hotel pick up. Was never notified of the pick up time, had to call tour operator the day before to find out. I was told on the phone about an hour before departure time but I would be notified with a time that afternoon, but was never contacted. We were ready an hour before departure time and the driver was surprised we were not notified. Everything worked out in the end.

We make every attempt to reach out to all customers via phone and text. There are those occasions were a number may be missed and we were unable to confirm with the guest.
