Биолюминесцентный тур по Флориде на байдарках | Канал Хауловер (Титусвилль)

Обзор
The tour takes about 90 minutes, and the route consists of mangrove trails and shallow lagoon waters. Our guides will be with you every step of the way, ensuring your safety and answering any questions you may have. The bioluminescence is hard to photograph, so we recommend you leave your camera at home and fully immerse yourself in this magical experience.

Our visitors have praised our bioluminescence kayaking tour as a highlight of their vacation. Experience an “out of this world" adventure with Florida-Adventurer. Florida bioluminescence is the #1 kayaking trip in the Orlando and Cocoa Beach area. We are located about an hour from Universal Studios and The Walt Disney world area theme parks.

Paddle through the Indian River Lagoon with Florida-Adventurer and experience magic.

This might be the group tour for you if you want just a peaceful night of kayaking. Unfortunately, we were hoping for a little more interaction and information from our guides. The main guide was fine, but if you weren’t right next to him, you couldn’t hear anything. The other two guides were completely silent and none of them made the tour what I would describe as “fun”. Even when we showed up to check in, the younger guide was on his phone the whole time and never even once said hi or welcome or anything. It also didn’t help that we had a kid crying almost the whole time and the guides didn’t really try to do much to calm her. We had to ride double kayaks (I didn’t see that in the reviews) and one of our party had to ride with a complete stranger. Once kayaking, we did eventually see a little bioluminescence, but it was nothing like shown in the pictures. Overall, I was hoping for a more fun experience.

Hello, Thank you for leaving us a review. Feedback allows us to make adjustments for a more enjoyable experience. After reading your review, we immediately noticed the vagueness of your review. You didn't mention the name of a single guide that wasn't paying you attention, or on thier phone, or sitting silently. We'd love to help future guests avoid the experience you've survived. We ask when you make a reservation that you read the "What to expect" part about your tour. It appears you did absolutely zero research on this tour prior to making a reservation. For instance, we only offer tandem kayaks (2 seater) , which is explained on every tour page, yet you made a point to mention that you were in a tandem kayak. You mentioned you got to see very little bioluminescence, we suggested to view the lunar calander and to book as close to a new moon as your itinerary would allow as full moon would dull the experience. You also mentioned not being able to hear the guide during your tour . This let's us know that you were nowhere near the guide during your time on the water. We provide a 15 minute paddling orientation. It's a pretty simple orientation to show our guests how to paddle in tandem. Most people know how to kayak, so they don't take the orientations seriously. It only becomes a problem when they can't keep up w/the group, can't maintain a straight line, or can't hear the guide. We appreciate your review, but after reading your review, it appears you didn't do much research into this experience, as you've complained about things that were all gone over on the website, in person, or on the water. Aside from that, you failed to mention even 1 of the guides names who was otp, paddling silently etc. Normally we forward reviews to the guides on tour , so they can reflect and see what we can do moving forward to enhance the experience for our guests. 90% of this review could have been avoided by doing more diligent research into the experience you purchased. We appreciate you paddling out w/us and home you have safe travels home. We will speak to the guides about thier participation in the tours of they're not leading the groups..

This was a fantastic experience! Our guides were great, very knowledgable and friendly! The kayaking was not too difficult so most people shouldn't have any trouble with it. There are port-a-potties available in the parking area. TIP - the mosquitos are rough, bring a strong repellent!
