we usually go to the parks by the beach to rent paddleboards, but since they were closed decided to try sunrise paddleboards.the location is great and very convenient, as we didn't have to drive all the way to the beach. The middle river provides a nice scenic route for boarding. The rental boards we were given were great and much better than the big/slow boards rented by the parks.since they also sell boards, gave me the opportunity to talk with the staff about different kinds of boards and one that would fit me, when I am ready to make a purchase. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.highly recommend this operator and store!

We have been vacationing locally in a rental since mid March and have been paddle boarding here several times. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly but the location is perfect! I was a first time paddle boarder and the staff was sure to set me up with the perfect size board and life jacket if needed. All boards and paddles are thoroughly disinfected and properly set up for safety purposes including ankle strap. There are two different directions to travel on the channels - one headed out toward the ocean and the other inward toward beautiful mangroves. Both have calm waters and beautiful scenery. My friends and I will be sure to come back anytime we're in the Ft. Lauderdale area! I recommend 10/10!

Friendly and cool staff. Very helpful with setting up and docking. The current in the intercoastal was bipolar so that was difficult at times. Great day all around, always enjoy this spot and this company!
