Frank Sinatra is a difficult entertainer to imitate. However, Gary Anthony did a fine job with this show. He resembles Frank slightly which is important to create the illusion. He also displayed some of the same mannerisms that Frank did although some of them were a little forced. If you close your eyes and listen to him, he actually has the tone of Frank Sinatra AND Frank Sinatra Jr combined and you can hear the different tones in different songs. I love Sr and Jr. so that was a bonus to me. The major disappointment with this show (and it may be a deal breaker for some) is that Mr. Anthony sings to karaoke tracks. I went into it thinking he would have a small orchestra backing him and that was not the case. Also, a handful of the musical tracks were far from the original sound you're used to hearing. But having said that, Mr. Anthony did well with what he was working with. The venue itself was quaint with good views anywhere you sit. A minor annoyance I picked up on was that there must have been another show going on in one of the adjoining theaters because I was hearing the music from that show at times. Overall, I give the show a solid 4 out of 5 stars!! If you a true Sinatra fan like I am, you will definitely enjoy the show. (Whoever runs this show though, get this guy a live orchestra to work with!!!)
