The tour guide was pretty boring. Expected to see more sights. We only saw a few sights with 30 minutes of talking in between. Not what we expected. It was advertised we would see a lot of sights which we didn’t. Pretty disappointing.

We recognize that our chronological, storytelling approach to Revolutionary Boston may not be the right tour for every guest, but we try to make this very clear in the tour description. Our tours are not just Boston sightseeing, but rather an in-depth history walk focused on the iconic Freedom Trail. We take guest feedback very seriously and I have already spoken to your tour guide. They assured me that nothing unusual occurred on your tour, the group viewed all 16 official Freedom Trail landmarks, and everyone reached the expected conclusion at Copp’s Hill Terrace in the North End. Our experience is specifically advertised as a Freedom Trail tour and there are only 16 official sites along the trail. Even so, I’m sorry our historical tour did not match your sightseeing expectations.
