Was supposed to be an 8 hour tour. Heat wave in LA 100 plus outside. AC would not work in the old van provided. Worst part was operator/driver telling us it war working. Got out at first stop and took Uber home. Immediately called Viator, so far denied a refund.

Our vehicles are customized for sightseeing tours and have working air conditioning, even on the heat wave days. We have never had an issue with air conditioning during summer days.
