The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip.

Such a GREAT first experience with white water rafting! An amazing lunch was provided (vegetarian friendly included!!) and had fantastic guides with endless knowledge of the geography and history of the area. I highly recommend using this great company if you even consider doing this, you will not be disappointed and they make sure you have a great time!

Wow!! What FUN we had on the Arkansas River in the Browns Canyon! Our party of 7 (2 adults, 3 college students, and 2 high schoolers) opted for the full day rafting adventure with lunch. We were split into two boats as one boat was carrying a cooler for our lunch stop. Only one person had ever white water rafted before, so this was a new experience for most! We had two AMAZING guides ... Swanee and Shana. Not only do they have years of river guide experience, but they provided a lot of history of the area. The rapids were a blast ... a little bit of everything from leisurely floating to 3+ class rapids! The smiles on everyone’s faces said it all. Lunch was yummy ... chicken and steak fajitas with salad, fruit, and brownies (oh, and PB&J for starters!). And the photos were awesome ... captured the “moments”! Honestly, we called several places before deciding to go with TAC ... they took the time to provide a lot of information to help us decide which trip was best for us, they were super accommodating, and they were incredibly friendly. We will definitely recommend TAC to others and will definitely book with them again!

These folks are the best. The Guides knowledge of the river and the area are top notch! They are thorough in getting you prepared for the trip. They cover all the safety issues and make sure you are prepared for a wonderful day on the river. Their local knowledge is extraordinary and adds a bonus when learning about local geography.
