Rented a pontoon for 8hrs. Had a great time exploring the bay and 🦀 🏝. Our pontoon was clean and in great working order, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Rented a pontoon online with no issues. Day of rental we left the dock to head to crab island and the water was so choppy that we had to turn around. We were gone for about an hour. When we returned the staff told us that multiple people had returned because the water was too choppy. Something that was never mentioned when we left the dock with toddlers on the boat. I later called to speak to the manager about our experience and never heard back.
