This is an exceptional, well organized tour with spectacular features that go well beyond the phenomenal attractions being shown. The tour efficiently went to highly sought out areas and was able to deliver great service and information that would have been very difficult to find and process on our own. Our tour guide, Paul, has studied and experienced the area well beyond what is required by his job. He shared information about the history and development of the area that would have been impossible to discover without extensive study and isn't available in touring postings, maps, or brochures around the park. His company provided a very nice customized van that offers great visual range with high ceilings and glass for a variety of comfortable view from seats with ample legroom and cushion for a full day of riding and getting on and off to see first hand details of some of the marvelous sites. Paul also broke up the ride with frequent stops that kept even young children interested, and with time to recharge so that they could engage in the next truly amazing site. Even the lunch they provide is ample for the calories burned upon the hike amongst the Sequoias, and it was a quality prepared and healthy meal, well beyond most box lunches. Even though it is advisable to bring plenty of water for the active day in hot dry weather that will dehydrate you, it was nice of him to not only tell us where we could refill our water bottles, but upon lunchtime, he even had an extra cooler of well chilled water to offer every customer. He also pointed out the best bathroom facilities available. All the way from greeting us so politely at our hotel, promptly on time in the morning to the time he dropped us back off at the end, he was full of knowledge and information that he so joyfully and eloquently shared with his clients. We are so appreciative to Paul for his vast experience and also his entertaining jokes. He went out of his way to try and reach out to each person and give them the most complete and comprehensive experience possible. We are so grateful to this company for not only providing us a COVID precautions van, tour resources and plan, with efficient logistics and planning, but foremost for having such a safe driver and talented tour guide to both enlighten and entertain us throughout the tour! They are so very fortunate to have Paul's professionalism, knowledge, and service expertise as one of their tour guides.

When we were on our way into the park, our tour guide said “I don’t mean to presume what anyone has seen before this, but there’s a good chance this will be the most spectacular thing you’ve ever seen.” I wouldn’t consider myself easily impressed but wow… he was absolutely right! The view from Glacier Point is nothing short of stunning! I would gladly pay for this tour again, well worth the money

8/12/2021 My family and I had an opportunity to see the Majestic Yosemite National Park for the first time. We used Crossroads and cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience it was. Especially want to give a "shout out" to our Tour Guide "Dave". He made the park come alive. Dave went beyond the typical guide who just gives you the "facts". Dave made sure we experienced the "wonder". We cannot wait to come again. Thanks Crossroads...thanks Dave
