Just go with be the flow of the check in process, there is one. As soon as as we were on River, we all realized we had been blessed with a great guide, KENDRA. She was able to provide a balance between instruction and enjoyment of the entire rafting experience. Granted it helped having all aboard paddlers with WW experience, Kendra was able to get our best. First half we became familiar with her commands and working together. Lunch was more than expected. The set up and delivery were spot on. PBJ's, veggies, salad, water, Gatorade and the main course of grilled steak or chicken. The second half again reminded us how fortunate we were to have Kendra as our guide. Her review of commands and her briefing on each section of rapids made sure we made it through safe with the utmost thrill. Highly recommend this operation and the adventure of it all. Thank You Kendra.

This was our 2nd time going through glacier raft company and we have enjoyed it each time! Our instructor Doc was awesome! He told us some awesome back stories about the river that we didn’t know and he was super fun taking us down the river! He also made his own marmalade sauce for our lunch which was on point. We will be back next year for sure! Thank you Doc for making our trip even more amazing!

I have been rafting quite a few times, and we enjoyed this one. We did the all-day trip, with a mostly calm scenic float, lunch on the river, and then an afternoon section with some white water. We did the 4-person "sport" raft, and that was more fun that a larger one. If you are looking for gnarly rapids and a whole lot of action, doing this one especially later in the season is not going to excite you, and the you'll find the morning part a little boring. But the scenery is pretty, and there are some fun splashy bumps to get through in the afternoon, and everybody got wet. What set this trip (and from this company) apart is the lunch they served on the river. They set up grills, and grilled up steak and chicken, along with chips and salsa, salad, PB&J sandwiches, and even veggie burgers. And they had it all set up and cooked inside of 30 minutes. It was a well-oiled machine. The food was awesome. My GF called the steak the best she'd ever tasted (note to self...get better at grilling). I was amazed at how fast and how good the food was. Beats the heck out cold cuts and chips. Our guide was AP, who was also the trip leader. AP was knowledgeable and funny, and he also knew his stuff on the river. A few of their guides are young and inexperienced, including one that accidentally dumped out our drinking water for the day, but AP handled it well. He made it a fun experience. This is not really a "wilderness" experience, as a train track parallels the river the entire way, and no less than five or six trains passed us as we traveled. But the scenery was nice, and we even got to see some locals jump 40 feet off a bridge into the water beside us. I wouldn't make a special trip to just come do this river. But if you are visiting Glacier, it's a fun day. And if you are going to do this trip, be sure to choose this company. You won't be sorry.

Thank you so much for the detailed review. We are fortunate to get to raft on a river with a mix of amazing scenery and fun splashy class 2 and 3 rapids. We do also offer inflatable kayaks if you are looking for the most wild ride. We also work hard to provide our guests with our signature amazing fresh cooked BBQ lunch. We are so glad you enjoyed the lunch and trip with AP!
