Walk the back roads of Gatlinburg and learn about its haunted history and folklore on this nighttime tour. With a guide, you'll learn how you, too, can capture paranormal photos. Use ghost-hunting equipment like you see on tv to potentially communicate with ghosts along the way.
The tour is an outdoor walking tour as such there is plenty of room for social distancing and masks are optional, It is wheelchair and stroller accessible and service animals are allowed.
Unfortunately, due to the late completion time, the Trollys don’t run that late but we do offer free parking and of course, taxis and Uber, Lyft are available.
The walk is about one mile all on flat paved ground spread out over 2 hours with lots of stops so a messy relaxing walk but no places to sit or restrooms are available during the tour.
This is not a private tour groups can be as large as the upper 20’s in the busiest times but average in the high teens to low 20’s.

We went as two couples and ended up being the only people on the tour for the evening. Our tour guide was Brad, he was great and telling the stories as well as a super nice guy. He gave us our ghost hunting equipment. We had an ovilus that would spit out random words. My friend dropped her soda bottle and the ovilus said "drop". Because it was just us on the tour, Brad gave us the VIP treatment and took us to some extra places. He went above and beyond to show us a good time. I would definitely take the tour if you have the time.

Brad was a fantastic tour guide! I learned some history of Gatlinburg and stories of hauntings were very interesting. Brad took the time to explain each stop in great detail, share his own experiences and that of others with us. After the tour he was kind enough to stay and chat for a bit about the people of Gatlinburg and more of its history. I would definitely go on this tour again a million times and recommend this to anyone who has an interest - you will not be disappointed!

The tour guides are nice but the content is not very good. Unfortunately, this tour is not scary, exciting, or even very interesting. You will walk to about 8 different locations and stand in each location for about 10-15 minutes and see 1-3 pictures in each location. You will be told a story about how a person died at each location and how people think a ghost might still be there. You will NOT enter these locations or get very close to them.

I could have dealt with just standing outside the whole time, but the main disappointment for me was how there is basically no basis to classify these locations as haunted. It's just that someone died in a building and therefore it's haunted now. The pictures shown were interesting, however, and I did enjoy them since they were the only interesting or scary part of the tour.
