The tour was interesting! The stories were engaging and told the history of the area as well as the history of the haunt/ghost. He answered questions intelligently and made it a point to debunk any myths or falsities. Walking was at a good leisurely pace and there weren’t many steps or changes in terrain. It was also NOT scary! The tour was small, 7 people total plus Kevin. Unfortunately, the other people on the tour showed up late (and drunk), which he handled with grace. They were obnoxious the entire time and old enough to know better, but he stayed professional and herded the cats well. Lesson learned, next time I’ll book a private tour because class and tact and general good manners among fellow tour-goers isn’t guaranteed.

This was a great tour. Kevin was extremely informative and entertaining. You won't be disappointed! Skip the commercialized tours and go with Spyglass.
