I got on the wrong subway direction as NYC tourist would. I was unable to cancel my status of liberty cruise RSVP by a minute as everyone lost internet connection riding the subway. I tried my best. Not only I can't rebook. Customer service gave me serious attitude. You can forget what someone did but you cannot forget how someone made you feel. Save yourself some money and look for another company or a la carte. I will look for alternative pass companies in the future.

We have had a great time with the pass and would recommend it. Easy to use. The hop on hop off bus was very handy for getting to the different places in Manhattan.

If you're anything like me and want to do as much of nyc as possible while there, definitely get this pass. The way I saw it, I was losing money by not doing things. So I used the pass about 15 times in 3 days. 4 skyscrapers, 3 tours, rise, museums, and more. Really got a good taste of the city and definitely saved money, granted I wouldn't have done as much as I did without the pass, but about broke even on the 4 sky scrapers alone. I will say, one tour was absolutely phenomenal *Brooklyn Bridge and Dumbo with Catherine* but the others were a bit less lackluster. One I was really disappointed in and we ended up getting off it early because it just wasn't for us. Not sure it was their fault as their usual route was messed up due to a marathon, but we missed so much because of that and the traffic made it almost impossible to get anywhere. Even with that, still cannot recommend this pass more. 3 days, as much as you can squeeze in! Good luck!
