Overall it was fine but wouldn’t recommend. We woke advise anyone to just rent their own car and drive up themselves. Our guide was Jeff, and right away he was rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. He acted like it was our fault he had multiple pickups, sounds more like a company issue. They really need to condense their pickup locations. The first 2 hours of our trip was spent just picking people up. We were the first pickup and he was hounding us about if we were staying at our pickup location and was shaking his head at us and complained about picking people up…again definitely a company issue.
Van was terribly uncomfortable. I think we all had whiplash. No room for bags (even really small), and no leg room what so ever.
Jeff was also a terrible driver and at one point almost ran someone off the road.
He seemed knowledge I guess, but not about anything important or related to the trip really, lots of rambling. Also very monotone and we couldn’t hear him most of the time.
He continued to harass us about our pickup/drop off spot, interrupting our very short lunch, and during our very short opportunity to view the red rocks in Sedona.
Didn’t stop at all the spots and any time he was asked a question, he was passive aggressive or rude with his response.
Felt very rushed at every stop and spent a ridiculous amount of time stopping for bathroom breaks.
Company claims they are trying to bounce back after covid…definitely need to make some improvements.

Thank you for taking the time to review the tour you took with Jeff. We are sorry you didn’t enjoy the tour more. We did poll other people on the tour who stated that the tour was “good,” “fine,” “no complaints.” The pickup schedule was actually 1 hour and 10 minutes, not 2 hours. We try to pick up our guests where they are staying whenever possible. Our pickups are never 2 hours long. As this is a Grand Canyon Tour, the Sedona stop is only for pictures, usually 15-30 minutes long as stated in our listing online. We have addressed your comment on the guide’s driving with the guide. We have also addressed the fact that you felt he was rude. Not sure where you read that we are trying to “bounce back after Covid.” We are a very established, solid company providing the finest quality of tours for all of our guests.
