Zale was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, giving us facts and figures about the Grand Canyon and Sedona.

It was our goal to see the Grand Canyon while in the Phoenix area and this was a great way to do it....leave the driving to them. Derek was our driver and guide and he was excellent. There were 7 of us on the tour to the Grand Canyon. A great size for being able to ask questions and obtain information on the drive up. Across Arizona Tours sent us a text the day prior to our tour with info on pick up time, pick up place and driver's name. The hotel we were staying at was in Gilbert, so the closest pick up location for us was at the DoubleTree Hilton in Mesa. Derek was right on time picking us up at 6:25 am. After picking up a few others at other hotels, we were off. Derek made several stops along the way allowing breaks for restroom and snacks. We then stopped in Sedona and on through Oak Creek Canyon. We stopped to eat at a sit down restaurant at the Cameron Trading Post where the food was excellent and had time to do some shopping as well. For our tour, Derek entered the Grand Canyon at the East Rim, made several stops and ended up over at the South Rim. (National Park admission is included in the tour ticket price). Derek is also a great photographer, so he gave everyone some great photo ops. He explained everything to us and the headset he used while in the van was very clear so all could easily hear. He told us about so many different things and was a treasure trove of information! Once back, he dropped everyone off at their original pick up locations. We were first to be picked up and last to be dropped off so our day was around 13 hours, but well worth the time and cost. This is a great tour company and we will use them again in the future.

The Grand Canyon tour with Derek was an unforgettable experience! He was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and kept us safe every step of the way. Derek’s storytelling and sense of humor added so much to the journey, making the trip both informative and enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the Grand Canyon.
