Aldo was an amazing guide. I was traveling alone and he made the trip fun for everyone. He is a great driver, very knowledgeable, and even took pics of us in the best spots. It was such a wonderful day! It's totally worth letting someone else do the driving for you so you can take in the sights. We stopped at a great Mexican restaurant for lunch and had a blast as our new "family". We also stopped for snacks and restroom breaks so the trip in general was much more enjoyable than I imagined. The Grand Canyon was breathtaking, but you already know that ;) Thanks for the memories Aldo!

The tour guide was new, but still did a good job. The itinerary online is not the same as we took. He said it is different in the winter. We did not stop at Oak Creek Canyon, had only 15 mins in Sedona. Took us to 1 lookout point at the canyon for 15 mins, then after lunch dropped us off and we had 1 hour and 15 mins. We were at the canyon 2 hours only including lunch. Only 1 1/2 hrs to explore which was NOT enough time to explore. We did not go to the Hopi house. I even called the tour company days before and they said the driver with take you to 4-5 stops at the canyon. Did not happen.

Thank you for taking the time to review your tour. The Grand Canyon Tour has a photo stop only in Sedona. This is clearly stated in all of our websites and brochures. We would be driving illegally per the time limits imposed by the Arizona Department of Transportation if we gave you a tour of Sedona on the Grand Canyon Tour. We have GPS in all of our vans. Your guide, Zane, took your group into the Grand Canyon Park at 1:11 pm on your tour. He stopped at Yavapai viewpoint at 1:24 and left at 1:55. Then he stopped at Maswik at 2:05 for lunch and left at 2:52. He arrived at Bright Angel at 2:57 and left at 4:08. He left Grand Canyon Park at 4:31. Your time line was not correct. You were inside the park 3:20 hours. Oak Creek Canyon is a scenic road with no options to stop. We do offer a Sedona tour that spends around 3 hours in the Sedona area. You might want to join that tour the next time.

Sedona and seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time were both wonderful. Our tour guide Taylor Branch was exceptional and very personable and truly added to the experience.
