No complaints about this tour at all! We were picked up from our hotel on time and the check-in process was so easy. Our pilot was incredibly knowledgeable and funny. During our 30 minute break inside the canyon, we asked so many questions and he knew the answer to all of them! The champagne was a great add-on! Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone! Worth every penny!

We booked this helicopter trip for our family comprising four adults and three young children so it was a private trip. The young pilot Kahl was super giving us all lots of information.The views over the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon were amazing.We landed at the bottom of the canyon and were provided with a picnic.The return journey was equally enjoyable.A once in a lifetime experience......or is it?

I can say up front that our pilot was really nice and knowledgeable. He even switched over to English occasionally. But that's the only good thing. Eight people crammed into a helicopter that was blazing hot is far from enjoyable. The entire tour was in Spanish. Fine for the other seven Spanish-speaking folks on the tour but not for me. Maverick needs to let customers know this before they make a reservation. Between the God-awful heat and not understanding a word of the tour, my trip was terrible and certainly not worth the money.
