This is a must do bucket list item. The trip to the canyon takes you over the Las Vegas Strip and the Hoover Dam. Dustin our pilot was amazing. He made everyone feel comfortable with the safety briefing and gave everyone a chance to sit up front. With the EcoStar helicopters there really isn’t a bad seat, they provide great views even from the middle seat in the back. Maverick flies deeper into the canyon than the other tours and their landing spot is incredibly beautiful. When I first visited the Grand Canyon in 1970 I never thought I would someday be in the Canyon.

We went on a fly over only tour with maverick helicopters it was one of the highlights of our holiday. They picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off again by shuttle which was one less thing to organise. Scott was our pilot and he was a total professional and put safety first at all times. Everything was explained to a T and ensured there was no rush. It was our first time in a helicopter and we loved every minute of it.The views were spectacular from the sky of the hoover dam and the Grand Canyon & when we return we’ll be doing it again. So if your thinking of doing a helicopter tour Maverick is definitely the way to go. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
