Please Note: This is an admission ticket only and transportation from surrounding cities is not included.

This was our first time visit to the GC and the scenic vista was as impressive as we were told. We had to park at the main terminal and take a shuttle bus to each of the vantage points (Eagle Point and Guano Point). In my opinion, inless uou just want bragging rights, the famous Skywalk is not worth the extra $. You can get much better pictures at Guano. The shuttle bus comes around ever 10 minutes or so and is quite efficient. Try to come early, just before the park opens at 9 to avoid the crowd. Highly recommended.

Myself and husband attended a full day's coach trip which included the Grand Canyon West rim with Skywalk, and Hoover Dam stop off on return drive.. We was picked up from our closest hotel pick up point ( Excalibur, Las Vegas ) where we made a few more pick ups before our tour began, our driver was amazing, as we drove to our destination he gave us an insight of the history and knowledge of the areas we either stopped at or drove through.. The Grand Canyon west rim is absolutely stunning ! No picture can ever do it justice you have to see it to appreciate and respect the terrain & the Hualapai natives who still occupy there.. We would suggest the Skywalk! You have an option for a professional photographer to take your once in a lifetime photo's or no photo's at all.. You will not be allowed to take your own camera or personal belongings onto the Skywalk, ( lockers provided ) you will also wear protective shoe covers. We had a fabulous young lady take our pictures for us and we bought the whole lot, they were to good to have deleted! Our package also consisted of a meal at the Skywalk cafe, most enjoyable with a breathtaking view of the Rim and Eagle point.. Our return journey allowed us a short time at the Hoover Dam for photo's then our coach driver drove everyone back to there designated drop offs.. A very long day, well worth it in every sense..

The Grand Canyon from the west rim is breathtaking, there is no doubt about that. Have to agree with the other reviewers though about the skywalk. Just be honest with people if you don’t want your visitors to feel scammed. We waited almost two hours in line to go on to the skywalk to only find out just before entering that you cannot take your own photographs. The queue is purely for the pleasure of paying $65 MORE for their photographers to take your photograph. This was ridiculous as then everyone on the skywalk was just being posed by the “official” photographers instead of taking in the view. Such a shame. Queues were very badly managed with elderly people having nowhere to sit down and some areas uncovered outside in 37 degree heat. Like I said just be honest with people as it leaves people feeling like they’ve been taken for a ride…
