Superbly managed. Clean and not smelly bus, reasonably comfortable seats. AC fully functioning in the boiling temperature outside. Cool box for chilled water supplied throughout the day at regular intervals. Breakfast option good. The drivers were good and entertaining, although found it difficult to hear clearly all the time. downside- bus started quite late in morning due to one customer. Although I appreciate that if it was me for whatever reason, I would have prayed hard for bus to still wait for me but that isn't fair for all others on the bus especially when they have ensured reaching in time with a young child (The late customer on this occasion didn't even offer an apology to people sitting in the bus). I think they should have a clear instructions that beyond 15 min late, bus will take off. secondly lunch option was terrible. No vegetarian option in this day and age -almost not acceptable. spoilt our mood for a bit but the view was spectacular and made up for it. All in all great experience, highly recommended.

Hello and thanks for your comments. So sorry lunch was not up to par, and yes, there is always a late customer and we normally have to move on so as to not delay others. Is so Beautiful !!…But a little expensive a few steps in the skywalk $30, RQ code for photos $50 plus park entry cost ….

Great trip amazing views of Hoover dam and Grand Canyon. Driver and guide very knowledgeable. Safe and comfortable bus ride.
