We had an amazing experience!
Thomas was our guide, he was knowledgeable, kind, and patient with our group.
We traveled with my 5 y/o daughter and grandparents who are 74 y/o. so we needed something family friendly.
Book the earliest time you can! We met up and left around 6:45am and we were one of the first ones to the falls. No one was there, we were able to take many pictures without others being in our view. But 30 mins later, there were huge crowds coming in, making empty pictures impossible.
The kayaking there was easy. The hike was manageable. There were a few little streams you had to cross but as long as you have water shoes (make sure you have the ones with good soles) you're good. Kayaking back was against the current so it was a little harder, that and the fact that you're fully in the sun at this point. And hiking back was slippery due to the increased amount of people coming through the same way.
They give you a dry bag to put your items in. Offered plenty of water and Thomas provided the cutest lunch presentation.
I would definitely do this again.
